Welcome to Villa Maria

A modern and cosy villa located in Kokkini Hani 10 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes away from the center of Heraklion.

The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms ( 2 master bedrooms), a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool, an outdoor shower (next to the swimming pool) and a bbq. We also provide 2 baby cots.

The villa is less than 100 metres away from a big sandy beach where you can relax and enjoy the view. The sunbeds on the beach are free if you buy something to eat or drink from the kiosk. In Kokkini Hani you can also find 2 big supermarkets, 3 pharmacies, a few different cafeterias, bars and taverns with traditional Greek food and a wide variety of fish, and all other amenities you need. For your daily getaways you can visit the CretAquarium (the biggest aquarium in the Balkans) 5km away, Water City 7km away and horseriding facilities in Karteros 4km away.

Everything is easily accesible either by car or on foot.There is a bus stop right before the beach . Buses pass every 15 to 30 minutes and go both to Heraklion and Hersonissos.
