The 2-bedrooms-Villa can accommodate up to 5 persons The 2 villas can also be rented together for a larger party of persons and families. Nikolas Villas are entered through the large terrace into a comfortable and luminous living/dining/kitchen area. It offers a large sofa with coffee table, Flat screen TV, air-conditioning, dining table with 4 comfortable chairs and a fully equipped kitchen which features fridge/freezer, 4 ring cooker with hub, oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The house offers a bathroom with a walk in shower and a washing machine, 2 double rooms, one with a double room and one with 2 single beds who can be joined to a double bed with A/C and heating and comfortable bed linens. An additional folding bed is available and can be placed in one of the bedrooms or in the living room.

Outdoor Space

The villas have a large covered terrace and are equipped with a dining table and chairs to enjoy the warm Cretan evenings outside. You will also enjoy the lovely green garden.

The beach road with cafeterias, restaurants and beaches are just a few walking minutes away. 400m you will find the butcher, 650m the bakery and a small supermarket, 800m the village pharmacy and petrol station. Kokkini Hani is just a 5 minutes drive away and is a perfect resort for families and couples of all group ages with its restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and large supermarkets.

“Watercity”, the waterpark just 6km away promises a full day of fun and action. The fascinating and educational Crete Aquarium Thalassokosmos”with its important Marine research centre is in Gournes, just 500m away. 500m from there you can learn all about the Universe in the Planetarium and the children will enjoy many educational activities while walking amongst the huge dinosaurs at the “Dinosaurapark”, just next to the Planetarium.

Gournes / Kokkini Hani is ideally placed for easy travel across the whole island, either by rented car or by bus. There is easy access to the national road which makes the location an excellent starting point for further exploration of Eastern and Central Crete as you drive through stunning scenery, whether you drive to the Lassithi Plateau or take the wine route towards the south.
